An entry must preserve what an official source actually describes. We distinguish a definition from an example and retain the jurisdiction, document edition or observation period when relevant. Source links and retrieval dates make the explanation checkable. English review precedes translation; Filipino and Taglish drafts require native-language review before publication. Unsupported figures remain absent, and a correction should identify the changed claim.
